Lady Captains' Afternoon

Saturday 19th June 2021 - Lakes & Park, Red Tees

A fun competition open to all lady members. 

The golf format will be announced on the morning, usually a surprise fun format, but opportunity to enjoy 18 holes. 

Theme: As is tradition, this event is usually reflected in a theme. My chosen theme is Gardening or some Outdoor activity. 

Entry fee: £15.00  to cover the meal, payable on the day. (cashless payment opportunity to be confirmed at later date)

Raffle table: I am going to raise funds to support Mind, the mental health charity. My plan was to raise funds to support frontline workers, and Mind inform me that they are supported through their organisation. Please bring that extra fiver to buy a ticket. Thanks! 

Tee times from 12.00 - start sheet now set up and room for more. Refreshments will be brought to you on the course and at the half way house!

Check in time- enough time for you to have a sparkling refreshment and snack; compliments of the Lady Captain! 

Catering: Before golf - a light snack/nibbles. I have booked us the Terrace, and a 2 course meal will be available, following the golf.   This will be main course and dessert. The full menu will be posted at a later date, in the ladies' changing room and via email. The plan is to have a refreshing, summer time menu, with a Celtic twist. Lots of room to spread out and hope that the weather is kind!

Dress: Due to current circumstances, I respect people's wishes to avoid crowded spaces such as changing rooms. Depending on the weather, players might feel the need to change, so I will make enquiries as to how this can be done within social distancing guidelines. 

Prizes - These will be decided by Lady Captain!
